TrowelGrade B-400 – High Viscosity/High Solids Waterproof Sealant

Liquid Rubber TrowelGrade B-400 is a modified elastomeric asphalt emulsion specifically formulated as a trowel grade product where a watertight seal is required. It is suitable for use with building fixtures, pipes, walls and roofs.

As a cold applied, high viscosity product, TrowelGrade B-400 may be applied by trowel or putty knife. The technology employed in TrowelGrade B-400 provides a solvent free, environmentally friendly coating that yields a membrane with excellent strength, elasticity and adhesion that sets in 48-72 hours.
