Spray Pump Guide:
Contractors using Liquid Rubber’s application techniques and equipment achieve greater productivity than is possible with competing systems. Typically a three man crew will be able to waterproof 10,000 sq. ft. / 929 m” of roof per day. All the equipment a contractor needs fits into a small trailer.
Liquid Rubber provides a 2 day training course both in house and on site for the contractors first project.
HVLP 2000 Pump Maintenance
The HVLP 2000 is a high volume, low pressure pump system consisting of a 5.5 Honda GX160 5.5 HP gas engine (electric version is also available) and two Comet diaphragm pumps. The pumps are belt driven and calibrated by pressure with tip sizes to give the correct ratio. The pump is capable of delivering 1.5 GPM and is designed to run up to two guns at once depending on the size of the project and the time frame.
R-08 Spray Gun
The lightweight R-08 Gun features a strong urethane coated handle with a comfortable trigger grip. The system is fully tested and comes ready to spray with a 200’ roll of welded dual hose, 6 spray tips, 1 pump rebuild kit and 1 gun valve repair kit.

Liquid Rubber approves of Portland 100 0Model # SCBCG34 – Single Component Bulk Caulking Gun which is a fast and efficient way to seal cracks and joints in foundations, sealing seams and screws on metal roofs or sealing gaps around windows and doors.
Use with HighBuild S-100 or HighBuild S-200 depending on application.
